Simple green date smoothie

I’m not a smoothie addict at all. In fact, I almost never make smoothies, because I love the texture of nicecream way better!

Anyway, when you’re in a hurry, smoothies can be a life saver : Just pour them in your favourite bottle and take them with you anywhere 😉

Many of you may be better smoothie chef than I am, but I absolutely love this one.

Greens hidden behind tropical flavours are amazing!

RECIPE

Makes 2 big smoothies

  • 8 dates
  • 1 banana
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen mango
  • 1 handful spinachs
  • 2 cups coconut water

 

First, blend the spinachs and the coconut water.

Then, add the rest oft he ingredients and blend until the desired consistency!

Perfect to drink on a sunny day to get those greens in 😉
